Idika Uma Kalu brings over 30 years of experience in stockbroking and funds/portfolio management to his role as MD/CEO of Gabs Financial Services Limited. He holds an MBA in Finance and an M.Sc. in Public Administration (Financial Management). His professional contributions include consulting for the Senate and House of Representatives Joint Committees on Capital Markets & Institutions and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also led the team that produced the first comprehensive Handbook on Fixed-Income Securities in Nigeria.
Oyelowo Ayodeji brings years of expertise in internal control, treasury management, and compliance. He holds a degree in Accounting Education from Olabisi Onabanjo University. He is a member of the Associate Accounting Technician Scheme of West Africa (ATSWA), the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and the Nigerian Capital Market Institute (NCMI).
Stella Tinuola Yakubu is the Head of Legal and Company Secretariat at GABS, bringing over a decade of expertise in legal advisory, corporate governance, and human resources management. She holds an LL.B from the University of Benin, a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and has enhanced her leadership skills at Lagos Business School. A certified public speaker and member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Society for Corporate Governance Nigeria, Stella is recognized for her commitment to ethical leadership, organizational integrity, and excellence in both HR and legal operations.
Florence is the Chief People and Corporate Officer at GABS Financial Services Limited, with nearly a decade of experience in administration and human capital management. She holds a degree in Accounting, an Advanced Diploma in HR Management, and multiple professional certifications, while currently pursuing an MBA in HR. Her career spans leadership roles in corporate services, HR consultancy, and people management across diverse organizations, where she has successfully managed teams of over 200 employees. Florence brings expertise in talent acquisition, change management, organizational design, and stakeholder engagement, and is recognized for her results-driven leadership and commitment to national development.
Esther Owolabi is a graduate of Finance from the University of Ilorin. She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and a qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). With years of experience in consulting and various financial sectors, Esther is skilled in accounting software, financial analysis, and risk/credit management.
Francis Idowu Adedeji is a dynamic professional with expertise in research, project management, and strategy design. He is an Economist with cross-sectoral experience in power, e-commerce, and finance. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria. His skillset includes effective communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, analytical skills, product knowledge, project management, risk management, CRM, teamwork, and human management.
