Claudius Otegbade is an accomplished financial leader and forensic expert with over 18 years of international experience across North America and Africa. He brings to the Board an extensive background in forensic accounting, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and financial crime risk management. Currently serving as the Co-Founder and Lead Partner at C&G Professional Services Ltd., he provides strategic regulatory advisory to financial institutions and multinational corporations.
Prior to his current role, Claudius held several high-level positions in Canada and Nigeria, including Director of Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at WFCU Credit Union and Forensic Accounting Specialist at Grant Thornton LLP. He brings to the board specialization in statutory and tax audits, particularly within the energy and financial services sectors.
Aisha K. Gambo is a distinguished financial management executive with over 25 years of experience spanning different sectors. banking, power, and public sectors. Her career is characterized by a steady progression, during which she has demonstrated exceptional mastery of treasury operations, financial controls, and large-scale organizational restructuring.
Aisha previously served as the Acting Assistant General Manager (Finance) at the PHCN Residual Group, where she played a pivotal role in the financial governance of the nation’s power sector assets. Her expertise was instrumental during the strategic transition from NEPA to PHCN, where she successfully managed revenue optimization and cost-efficiency protocols. She holds advanced certifications in IFRS and Public Sector Financial Management, ensuring the Board benefits from her rigorous approach to fiscal accountability and integrity.
Engr. Joseph Tunde Ajayi is a globally recognized engineer and environmental management consultant with four decades of experience in sustainable development and infrastructure spanning 25 countries across four continents. His professional journey includes significant leadership roles, including Director of Special Duties at the National Oil Spill Detection and Response Agency (NOSDRA) and Regional Ecosystem Management Officer for the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). He also served as Head of Water and Sanitation at Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), where he was recognized as a champion for community HSE standards. Engr. Ajayi provides the Board with profound technical oversight in ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) frameworks and international project implementation.
Bolatito Arinola Laditan is a seasoned administrator with a 35-year career of distinguished service within the Nigerian Federal Civil Service. Retiring at the rank of Director (Administration), she has been a key architect of public policy and organizational reform. Her tenure in the civil service was defined by her leadership in navigating complex regulatory environments and driving large-scale institutional improvements across multiple federal ministries.
Bolatito’s career highlights include serving as the Director of Reform Coordination and Service Improvement at the Federal Ministry of Power, where she led the development of the Strategic Implementation Framework for the Power Sector Roadmap. She also held director-level portfolios at the Ministry of Science & Technology and the Ecological Fund Office, contributing to national committees on gender policy and legislative reviews. She brings to the Board unparalleled expertise in public administration, governance, and the Nigerian regulatory landscape.
Adams Alhassan has had a distinguished career in banking before transitioning into business. He served in several senior banking capacities in different financial institutions. His business experience includes serving as MD/CEO of Integrity Global Impex Ltd, managing Success Standard Transport Ltd, and later Albelma Investment Ltd. He currently serves as a consultant to the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).
Adams holds a Diploma in Banking and Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, both from the University of Jos. He is a recipient of several awards of excellence, both locally and internationally.
Dapo Ademola-Adesina is the President/Founder of the Prof Ademola Adesina Memorial Foundation and the MD/CEO of Shimarch Group of Companies. He studied Architecture at Obafemi Awolowo University and later pursued graduate studies in Finance at the Driehaus College of Commerce, DePaul University, USA. He also holds an MBA in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Ademola-Adesina is a Member of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC), a Fellow of the Institute of Management Specialists, and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). He is also a member of the Abuja Business Network and Real Estate Investment Group
Idika Uma Kalu is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of extensive experience in the fields of stockbroking and funds/portfolio management. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gabs Financial Services Limited, where he applies his vast industry knowledge to drive the company’s strategic initiatives and growth. He possesses a solid academic foundation with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, complemented by a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Public Administration with a focus on Financial Management. This educational background equips him with both the theoretical and practical skills necessary for navigating the complexities of the financial sector. Throughout his career, Idika has held various pivotal roles in a multitude of prestigious financial institutions, allowing him to gain a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and investment strategies. His expertise has led him to consult for significant governmental bodies, including the Senate and the House of Representatives Joint Committees on Capital Markets & Institutions, as well as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). One of his notable achievements includes leading the development of Nigeria's first comprehensive Handbook on Fixed-Income Securities, a landmark project that has provided critical insights and guidelines for investors and financial practitioners in the country. His contributions to the field have positioned him as a thought leader and an influential figure in the Nigerian financial landscape.
